A Club is a community of car enthusiasts or bikers. It brings members together around a shared passion and provides the framework for organizing events and sharing routes.

Static event

A static event has a fixed meeting point. All participants gather at the same starting point and follow the same route together.

Dynamic event

A dynamic event lets each participant join the ride along the way. Participants can see each other’s live position and join the group at any waypoint on the route.

An event has:

  • a start date and an optional end date
  • one or more associated routes
  • a privacy mode (public or private)
  • a maximum number of participants
  • an owner (the member who created the event)

  • a privacy mode (public, protected, or private)
  • associated photos

A Waypoint is a GPS point on a route. Waypoints define the exact path of the itinerary.

A waypoint has:

  • a latitude and longitude
  • an optional name
  • a visible flag: a visible waypoint is an intermediate passing point that is visible to users during navigation

Danger

A Danger is a road safety alert reported by a user on a route or during an event. It can be an obstacle on the road, a slippery section, roadworks, etc.
